Wells Fargo’s Sale of Marital Home a Day After Wife filed Chapter 13 did Not Violate Stay since she had “No Protecable Interest” in Home

Married Debtor filed Chapter 13, case without her husband, the day before Wells Fargo sold their marital home at a non-judicial foreclosure sale in Georgia.

The home was titled solely in the non-debtor husband’s name and only he was on the note and security deed on the home.
