The Consumer Bankruptcy Journal is the official publication of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys.

The quarterly publication showcases consumer bankruptcy related material, Supreme Court updates, profiles of NACBA members and programs, previews of NACBA events, as well as, commentary on topics of interest to bankruptcy attorneys.

Webinars

Webinars are a key component of NACBA’s online educational and training programs.

Approximately 6-10 webinars are presented annually, giving members the opportunity to explore key issues directly impacting their profession.

Sponsoring a webinar, provides sponsors with a forum to position themselves as legal profession thought leaders through sharing their knowledge and expertise with NACBA’s membership, and any of their support staff who wish to participate.

These learning opportunities are promoted to all NACBA members via:

  • Webpage Listing

Webinar sponsor receives:

  • Sponsor recognition with logo (with link) will be on all marketing materials sent out to members to promote the webinar

NACBA’s Annual Convention

NACBA invites your company to participate as a Sponsor and/or Exhibitor for our upcoming 25th Annual Convention. #NACBA25 will take place Thursday, May 4th through Sunday, May 7th, 2017, at the Walt Disney Swan & Dolphin, Orlando FL. #NACBA25 will offer vendors access to our members, all of whom are attorneys who make the purchasing decisions for their firms. Membership and engagement remains strong – and we anticipate hosting over 600 attendees. Producers of products or services related to the practice of consumer bankruptcy law may apply for permission to be an Annual Convention Sponsor, and/or to exhibit and to reserve a space in our Exhibit Area. Food and beverages will be served in the Exhibit Area when possible, giving attendees access to all booths. Raffles and other Exhibit Area attendance inducements are also extended to attendees.

NACBA’s Members-Only Workshop

The National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys (NACBA) invites your company to set sail on the maiden voyage of NACBA’s Members-Only Summit at Sea. This first-ever members-only cruise will disembark on Friday, October 7, 2016 from Miami, FL and return on Monday, October 10th. Exhibitor space aboard the ship will be limited and will most likely sell out quickly. Space for exhibitors will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis. NACBA’s 2016 Members-Only Fall Workshop offers vendors access to our members, all of whom are attorneys and most of whom make the purchasing decisions for their firms. At this time, we are conservatively expecting around 200-300 attendees.
