After a creditor objected to confirmation of her Chapter 13 plan, the Debtor radically revised her plan so that unsecured creditors would receive a $30,000 dividend instead of the $2,000 she initially proposed. The bases for the increased payout were (1) extending the plan term to 60 months and (2) an additional contribution from her ex-husband who still lived with the Debtor.
