NACA Member and Director John Rao has been appointed by U.S. Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts to a three-year term on the Judicial Conference Advisory Committee on Bankruptcy Rules.The Advisory Committee's agenda includes making recommendations to the U.S. Supreme Court for procedures to implement the 2005 bankruptcy act.
