NACBA is the only national organization devoted to consumer bankruptcy issues. We keep close watch on legislative, judicial and general topics related to bankruptcy, and issue periodic press releases and other valuable information related to these topics.

If you are interested in receiving media alerts, send us an e-mail and we will put you on our list.

Please include the following in your message:

• Your name and organizational affiliation
• The geographic location you cover, and
• A list of topics that interest you, e.g. federal bankruptcy bill, amicus briefs

If you are interested in interviewing an attorney in your area knowledgeable about a particular issue, send us a message indicating the topic and date you need the attorney to be available, and we will get back to you within 24 hours with the name and contact information of an appropriate NACBA member.
